Once
upon a time... two good friends joined forces.
She was a singer, teacher and songwriter. He
was a storyteller, teacher and theater director.
Between the two of them, they had over 30 years of experience
working with children and families. They began touring together,
sharing songs and stories in schools, libraries and
festivals. |
They
have performed most of the songs and stories on this album for
and with literally thousands of children and their parents over
several years.Julie continues to write musicals and songs which
are produced and performed around the country. Rives continues
to direct the Child Drama program at Northwestern University and
to tell tall tales.
But
rarely are they happier than when they're performing together.
This is their first full-length recording.
